Don’t be afraid to start! The vast majority of people who take these drugs do so with very mild side effects. And if you are one of the people who does have a harder time, there are so many different drugs you can try. Find a doctor who will work with you and keep trying! It’s so worth it.

FIRST! 🙂 Best tip: don’t just change quantity, improve quality as much as you can. Opinion only here, but getting rid of cheap carbs is probably more important than improving nutrition. Not opinion: getting off cheap carbs is hard; staying off them is harder. So IMO, Map Out Your Plan IN ADVANCE! Good luck guys, and thank you AMY!
