I was hoping constipation was one of the easy ones and was gone…. Oh well…… Great Video

Same! I didn’t know it would be a thing…but it is…and I’m taking the weight loss trade-off as a big win (;

I’m on maintenance, too, after losing 65 lbs. I find I’m anxious when my weight goes up 2 lbs. Right now, it’s up 3.8 lbs and I’m worried it’ll keep going up. I realize that’s irrational. It’s only 3.8 lbs, but rational or not, the anxiety is there. And I have been so hungry lately. I’m going to go up to the next dose (12.5 for me) and see if I can get the hunger under control. Right now, no side-effects except for the constipation but Miralax takes care of that. I take 26 g in unsweetened almond milk every day.
I’m glad you’ve found a way to deal with all the “bad” stuff on maintenance. You are a shining example for us all.

I absolutely felt it with you when you were talking about your hunger level and watching the scale closely! I’m still learning so many lessons about myself. This week I ate very healthy and felt in control of my eating could even tell quite a difference in the way my pants fit From eight days ago. Then yesterday was the strongest food noise! I am not very proud of a couple things I stopped and ate during a road trip 😉 but instead of feeling awful and guilty last night, it is one day amongst many and I know that I can wake up today And start fresh and treat my body well. MJ definitely gives me a control and stability that I have not had before! I’m still learning and growing in knowledge of the topic and of myself
