  1. Thank you Stacie! I am going to look up Ninja Creamy for a new way to get protein. Something I’ve found that works for me is blending prepackaged protein shakes (the little bottles or cartons) with ice to make a shake-like drink. When I started my mounjaro journey, I’d seen lots of people posting about the importance of upping your protein intake to aid in weight loss. And one of the ways for upping protein was to drink protein shakes. But I struggled with the consistency of some of those shakes and so started blending one bottle with ice in a Bullet blender a friend had given me and that worked. My favorite is Fairlife chocolate with about a half of a cup of ice and that makes a delicious, palatable shake. Also, I second Stacie’s appreciation of you Amy. Your videos on YouTube and then Facebook and then Patreon and now this website helped SO MUCH in guiding my weight loss journey. I had no one in my life who was trying this medication to lose weight, but I had you and I couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you!!!

    1. First, you’ve got my mouth watering 😉 these blended shakes sound delightful. For most of the last year I was starting my day with protein shakes but recently took a break from them. I think I needed something new. Creating a smoothie and getting one of these bullets Sounds wonderful! And it’s the week before school lets out so things have gotten a bit crazy, ha! Tomorrow is Friday and I think we are all looking forward to the three day weekend 🙂 As I get ready for bed, I don’t know how to thank you for the really kind words and all the ways they boost my heart. Sincerely, thank you!
