Day 765 on Zepbound | Welcome to Week 109! I’m Amy, maintaining a 70-pound weight loss with Mounjaro and Zepbound. This week, I’m sharing thoughts on new GLP-1 products, telehealth changes, and tackling…ummmm…. weight gain on my maintenance journey 😉

My Journey with Zepbound and Weight Loss
Weight loss has been a transformative journey for me, and transitioning to Zepbound has played a significant role in maintaining the progress I’ve made. After years of struggling to manage my weight, this medication—part of the GLP-1 receptor agonist category—has helped me stay on track while also teaching me more about my body and habits.
For those unfamiliar, GLP-1 medications like Zepbound work by addressing underlying hormonal imbalances that affect hunger and satiety. This has been a game-changer for me, as it’s not just about eating less—it’s about truly feeling in control for the first time.
The Changing Landscape of Weight Loss
Something I’ve noticed on this journey is how much the weight-loss world has evolved, even in just the past year or two. There’s a surge in products designed to complement or mimic the effects of GLP-1 medications, from supplements to drinks. I’ve explored a few of these options and think they’re worth looking into, but it’s always important to approach them with care and consult professionals.
I’ve also seen big changes in telehealth services. The accessibility of options like multi-month prescriptions has made staying consistent easier for people like me, especially when cost or convenience is a factor. It’s interesting to see how these shifts are reshaping access to treatments like Zepbound.
Navigating Maintenance
One of the most surprising parts of this process has been learning how to maintain my weight. It’s a whole new challenge—one I wasn’t prepared for after so many years of focusing solely on losing weight. Recently, I’ve been re-evaluating my eating habits and getting back to basics: lean proteins, lots of vegetables, and smaller portions.
It’s not always smooth sailing, but I’ve learned that being patient with myself and making small adjustments can go a long way. This is an ongoing process, and I’m always looking for ways to improve, stay motivated, and share what I’ve learned with others.
Building a Community
One of the best parts of this journey has been connecting with others who are going through the same things. Whether it’s through conversations about strategies, discussing the latest products, or just supporting each other, the sense of community has been invaluable.
I’m working on building a space where we can all feel free to share our experiences, ask questions, and connect without judgment. It’s still a work in progress, but I’m excited to see how it grows and evolves.
Moving Forward
Zepbound has given me a sense of control and balance I never thought I could have. While the journey is far from over, I’m hopeful about what’s ahead and grateful for the lessons I’ve learned along the way. If you’re on your own path with weight loss, know that every small step matters—and we’re in this together.
